The premium double-layer lanyard with detachable buckle and safety breakaway is the most complete version in the double-layer lanyard range. It combines the convenience of a detachable buckle with the added safety of a breakaway release. The detachable buckle allows the ID card, badge or accessory to be removed quickly, while the safety breakaway automatically opens if the strap is pulled or gets caught on something.
This lanyard is always produced in a 25 mm width. The base layer is a durable ribbed lanyard strap, available in a custom selected colour. A 20 mm wide satin ribbon is sewn onto the base strap, providing a smooth surface for full-colour 4C logo or design printing. This construction combines the durable, textured feel of a ribbed lanyard with the clean and detailed print quality of satin.
The double-layer structure gives the lanyard a thicker, more substantial and premium feel than standard single-layer lanyards. With both the detachable buckle and the safety breakaway, this version is especially recommended for active, busy environments where safety, practicality and a professional appearance are equally important.
This product is available in one fixed width only, so no width selection is required. Please choose the base strap colour and upload your print-ready artwork, logo or brand file. If you do not have artwork ready, upload your logo and describe your idea in the comments. Production time for custom printed orders is 3–5 business days from design approval.
